I can't do this anymore. My life is falling apart. everything is out of control. everyone leaves and dies and its all my fault. I hate myself so much. I cut all my hair off. I feel so lost, so insane, I dont think I can countiue, not like this.

Idk anymore… I’m just really struggling, I took an overdose last week.. it really scared me as I got really sick… should have been a wake up call… idk… just in a lot of pain… I have a bunch of tests this week that I’m struggling to get done… just failing at everything in life… but then I going to volunteer for a whole week with a homeless shelter with the focus of mental illness so I’m looking forward to that neevous because it’s gonna be a lot of social stuff and not much esacape or downtime…. I just want to not feel like this anymore….
