What Chronic Pain Condition Do You Have?
I have Daily Chronic Headache, mine started out when I was 8 years old as an acute condition. As time went on, by the time I was 15 the headaches have always been consistent. Hardly any day of the year I do not have them. Mine feel like a Tension Headache, Mild to Moderate pain, mostly Mild. Sometimes, I get Migraines. I love sharing my conditions with all of you :) So you can post here what your chronic pain condition is & what it is like <3 Or just your pain condition in general, chronic or acute. Also, I have had shingles before but for me it only lasted like a month or so & it did not cause me much pain.

I suffer from degenerative disc disease and spinal facet syndrome
I have a new diagnosis of DDD. It's been a hard adjustment with uncertainty and fears, and limitations like not being able to sit or stand long. I'm hoping this is a "flair" and will quiet down. Hard to stay in the present and not worry about the future.

But seriously, i suffer with a degerative avascular nercrosis joint disease which kills the blood supply to the joints, then the bone joints cave in and need replacing. The cause was a life time consumtion of steroidal medications for asthma.
Still having pain from an operation I had 7 months ago but I been for over 2 years with my left ankle.

@VanessaGraceStory I have chronic fatigue syndrome, hypermobility syndrome, mild scoliosis, migraines and possibly fibromyalgia.
Have you ever looked into Dysautonomia? I have lots of those things and they all were under the umbrella of dysautonomia. It might help to figure out symptom management?
I have migraines, Inflammatory arthritis and IBD to be specifically crohn's. It's makes it hard to live day to day but i'm learning how to deal and live with it.
