This or That: Self Care Edition
Alrighty! So we are talking about Mental Wellness this week and one of the best ways to maintain our wellness is by taking some time for ourselves, a self care break. In light of that I thought we’d take some time and play a little game of this or that! For example, Vanilla Ice Cream or Chocolate. You’d either choose Vanilla or Chocolate. Instead this will be a self care version. Everyone ready???
Bubble bath or shower?
Walk or a jog?
Indoor or outdoors?
Bright lights or complete darkness?
Weighted blankets or no blankets?
Nap or movies?
Snacks or no snacks?
Spa or beach?
Dance or Yoga?
Paint or music?
