On behalf of the Disability Support Community Team @MistyMagic, @AffyAvo and @compassionateMoon4024 I just wanted to send to you all, members and listeners, lots of warm cheer, fleecy blankets, hot drinks and comforting fun for this festive season.

For us it more like A as memories come up from my childhood. So trigger warning it hard as the sexual abuse was done to us by brothers and there,friends. So very hard for us. Also Christmas day was not good dad would drink and that made him lose his temper a lot. So we get beat yelled at and other stuff. Also we had last Christmas with our 3 kids before they was taken by CPS and year later we lost parental rights . we not seen or got update on them. So it very hard on us too. So Christmas is very hard on us.
@stormieandpaws I understand, that must be an awful memory. Sending you warm hugs if accepted and lets look forward to sunshine and next year.

I'm the kid who screams at all the presents I open and wake the entire house up at 5am!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
But this year I have to be a "grown up" on Christmas due to company 😬 very anxious about that. Anyway I'm aC .

i was referring just to myself as the question was posed for us to weigh in on our own experiences (A B or C) but i deeply understand how very difficult the holiday season is

christmas is almost pointless, wrap presents to unwrap them yourself and your kid not even acknowledge anything.
ABC, accept Christmas is not acknowledged by this you wish to make it special for.
battle the negativity and upset it brings with balance of joy you can bring to others.
culminate mindfulness and not allow anything outside the present moment to be detrimental, see things objectively and do your best to enjoy.

B - although sometimes I'm a little sad as I don't always feel well enough to enjoy it as much as I would if feeling my best.
I do try to prioritize and let some things go so I can put more energy towards enjoyment.
