1) I’m doing good! Recovering from some disappointment ❤️🩹 2) I treated my colleagues some drinks yesterday 3) Saturday because it’s the day where I go out and indulge myself and movie all day long

I'm sorry to hear that you have recently experienced some disappointment but I am glad to hear that you are recovering and doing well. I hope that you enjoyed your time with your colleagues yesterday.

@fairyava It's lovely to have you here. Thanks for the check in :) 1. How are you doing? Me? I'm doing pretty bad honestly. More like it's just worsen. I'm currently dealing with physical, emotional and mental breakdown all at once and it's since weeks ago. I couldn't be around the forums despite my current circumstances. It's a bummer :( 2. What is something kind you did/will do today, for yourself or others? Maybe taking rest or just get to drink water a little and worked hard in attending my classes. 3. What day of the week is your favorite and why? For now, maybe nothing. I just felt the same thing for entire week. Thanks again for the check-in. I appreciate it so much. If I'm given some strength this week, I'll be back to do the check-in as well. I'll try my best to recover myself <3
@kdsyahirah Hey, thank you so much! Dealing with mental and physical issues at the same time is extremely tiring, it's understandable why you're not feeling well! Hope to see you around forums more, always nice to see you around! Taking a rest is a big achievement, even if it doesn't seem like it! Allowing yourself to take a break and spending time with yourself can be a challenge for many.
I hope you begin feeling better soon but remember - your health comes first! If you can't take on a check-in, that is perfectly okay.

Hey, have a great day, all of you here!💚 1. Today I am slightly worse, i struggle to find the purpose in fighting my symptoms and bargaining with those dark intrusive thoughts. Like, shouldn't i just surrender? But I wan't, i keep repeating myself that this will pass too. 2. I will drag myself to a nice walk, somewhere into the nature, breath some fresh air... 3. I like tuesdays, I have no particular reason for it... Maybe it's because the week is still young but it's not monday anymore.
@versatilePear4061 Hi there, intrusive thoughts can be a big hurdle, but your willingless to come here and work on your mental health despite those strong emotions shows your strength. Reminding yourself this will pass too is important - you have been through it before, you will get through it again. Nature is so healing, I also love going out into nature when I'm feeling down. Tuesdays are nice, they are after a tiring Monday, they are refreshing!

today i wrote quite a bit of an essay i've been procrastinating, so i'm glad i did that. i'm also trying to respond to my messages on here too <3
3. What day of the week is your favorite and why?
definetely fridays, because it eases into the weekend and it's one of those days that automatically makes me feel more relaxed.

I'm sorry to hear that you have a lot going on in your life right now. However, it's amazing to hear that you are staying strong and pushing through it as much as possible - well done you! Remember that you can only do what you can do and to not push yourself too much!

Hi all, glad to be here. 1. I am doing okay. Struggling with feelings of inadequacy/self-betrayal, but reminding myself that it's not too late to set boundaries and focus on gaining the skills I need to get better. 2. Today, I will restock my local mutual aid group's hygiene and ppe supplies. It's a long walk from my house, but I'm looking forward to it! 3. My favorite day is Saturday because of the sense of possibility.
@thisllpass Hey, glad you're here as well! I'm glad today is okay, at least - feelings of inadequecy can make you feel very isolated and frustrated. Boundaries are so important, and it seems that you are aware of when they need to be set which is super great! That is a wonderful idea for today, I hope your walk is lovely!

Today, I will restock my local mutual aid group's hygiene and ppe supplies. It's a long walk from my house, but I'm looking forward to it! 3. My favorite day is Saturday because of the sense of possibility. I want to get better at using my free time well.

It's okay . Nothing to apologize. I haven't been well lately . Thinking of meeting my psych this week . I am actually in a bit of dilemma . Since I haven't made much progress I wonder who is at fault , is it me who is at fault for not pushing myself enough or the meds are at fault. I am thinking that meds are doing more harm to my mental health.
Meeting with your psych sounds good. It isn't worth blaming yourself over because I know that you are trying hard. Perhaps other meds will work better. @calmsoulmeet

She got back yesterday, and didn't sleep well last night. She plans to take a nap, but I don't think she will.
Hi, new here and trying this out since I've been in a depressive episode for months now. 1- I'm not doing well. The new meds I got didn't do anything and the next appointment I could get is I'm August. My brain won't stop reminding me how much people I trusted hurt me. How it's a cycle I'm always cursed with. How people are tired of trying to help me out of my depression. I can't get a break from my own brain. :( 2- I got to see an old college friend last weekend. Been a couple years and it was nice to catchup. I think that was the question (it's hard to read with the highlight on mobile xD ) 3- Sunday, oddly. It's the one day a week I never make plans so I can truly do whatever I want all day. Well, plus food prep and cleaning and what not. It's a good mix of productivity and whatever I want.
Normally these get answered much more quickly. I apologize that I was offline for a week. Welcome! Depression often involves likes of brain cycling and wating for appointments. It can be hard to break out of that. What kinds of things are you trying to do when your brain goes haywire?@decisiveCucumber9460
