Now comes the time to think about action and long-term choices: How will you upgrade your self-care practices to continue to meet your current needs as well as future ones?

I will wake up every morning and read an affirmation I made for myself. To not procrastinate, to be a better adult, to be better to my partner, to not be the person I was 15 years ago anymore.

Oh no, now it's getting serious. Well, to be able to learn to regulate emotions and endure uncomfortable feelings, I need to open up space for them instead of avoiding it at all costs. I think I will try to do that by starting to have at least 5 silent minutes a day. With that, I mean 5 minutes in which I don't distract myself or keep myself busy. Instead, I want to try to simply feel what's currently going on. After those 5 minutes, I will do whatever I feel I need.

I'm not sure about this one. Continue to reevaluate and check in with myself and ask trusted people for advice and support.

When things settle a bit more, I want to make time to exercise more regularly, and at least work on doing something creativ every day.
