Hi @ouiCherieπΉβ¨
Which discussion was the last you completed?
I recently finished the 10th discussion.
What are some things you struggled with or didn't quite get right the first time around?
I struggled with fitting all my ideas into a paragraph/article by using simple sentences that are easy to follow, yet engaging and catchy beginnings.

I think my article is going well, and the tip (which applies to me as well) is to seek help anytime you get stuck.
@nessa104
Woohoo! 3 more discussions! *cheering Nessa π₯³*
You're doing awesome. A gentle reminder to submit trial completion form. Click here for the form
An alternative for arranging the words to deliver your message, perhaps write the draft sentence and see what alternatives available using wordtune π
And yes, feel free to PM me or any mentors for questions. We are happy to support trainees in the program π€
Thank you for the tip and check-in Nessa!
@ouiCherie
I recently completed 6th discussion
I struggled with completing my tasks before time.
Tip: ask for help anytime you need
@ouiCherie
1. I have last completed discussion-4
2. Well it was my first time designing an image. So I found it to be a new experience that I am yet to finesse.
3. I Enjoyed writing and using the keywords as guidelines. I think the feedback we received from the 7cups team was extremely beneficial because this feedback will help us in order to better our work in the future as it also points out where we did well and where we could could better.
@alex000
Awesome! If you haven't already, please submit trial completion form as you have done with discussion 4 π€
For next discussions, the notion page here is completed with infographic now. Hope it helps more.
For graphic, as a first timer, I must say you did brilliantly π the copy on discussion 3 is empathetic and empowering which represents 7 Cups very well. And just like any creative skills, the more we use it, the easier it gets.
Well noted for the tip, and surely will provide feedback soon. Thanks for the check-in Alex and all the best! π
- Which discussion was the last you completed?
The article
What are some things you struggled with or didn't quite get right the first time around?
I just needed assistance clarifying some things
What went well? Share some tips you find helpful to help others.
I took my time and tried not to put too much pressure on myself, I gave myself breaks so my bain can produce better ways to address my work
@yellowcloudZzz
Love the tips! π I just back from a self-care break. Has anyone assist you, yet?
For anyone who is on article writing stage, you may find some more ideas on sub community is relevant to your topic or in Q&A page
@ouiCherie
Hey! That's great βΊ hope you're well-rested now. I got assistance, yeah. Thanks!
- Which discussion was the last you completed?I am still on discussion 4 but working on completing that
- What are some things you struggled with or didn't quite get right the first time around? I am not understanding the part about making tweets
- What went well? Share some tips you find helpful to help others.
@pamharley003 π
How's it going? About Discussion 4, you are to give 2 examples of tweets.
1 is to create an example of tweet where you are introducing 7 Cups in general or a specific feature/ sub community.
1 is to create an example of tweet to respond to a hypothetical tweet. Basically just like how you reply with empathy and compassion to people whether on PM or group support.
Both using relevant hashtag for example: #mentalhealth #itsokaytonotbeokay etc.
Kindly note maximum number of characters on 1 tweet is 280 characters including the hashtags
What do you think? π

@ouiCherie
---> I have completed Coursework Part I (Introduction to CDM Basics).
#1 Introduction to Content and Marketing at 7 Cups
#2 Community Questions and Answers: The Basis of Mental Health Awareness and Support
#3 Social Media Graphics: Promoting Site Content
#4 Team Lightship: Tweeting Empathy
2. What are some things you struggled with or didn't quite get right the first time around?
---> Intially I was overwhelmed by each activity especially Q & A. After passing the feeling of stress it also took me quite while to get into thinking mode as in begining I was totally blank and numb.
3. What went well? Share some tips you find helpful to help others.
---> I really enjoyed creating graphic and also learning about twitter and creating hypothetical tweet. Honestly I was expecting to be as stressed as I was for Q & A in Team Lightship activity, though it went really very well.
I found looking at Team Lightship twitter account and accounts of other listeners helpful in understanding how to form tweets.
@miraculousSoul53
Well noted for the progress, Soul! π and I'm glad to hear your learning journey and tip for other trainees about crafting a tweet!
Yes, Discussion 2 is basically an exercise to write an answer for a question on Q&A page
Additionally, if anyone need support on this discussion, feel free to PM me or Izzy π
Soul, you are welcome to join Team Lightship or participate independently on our monthly event like this Mental health awareness month on social media
One step at a time, and you will reach a finish line eventually! Thank you for the update, Soul π
