@SoulfullyAButterfly I'm not sure if I have any real favourites when it comes to food, but I do like some things more than others. Some fruits and veggies I generally like include guavas, cucumbers, bananas, mangos, lychee, cauliflower, cabbage, pumpkin, ladyfinger, potatoes, and onions. And I really love anything with fresh coriander leaves in it hehe.

@jesusredeemedme2425 I just googled it and discovered that it is. But I meant okra, not whatever cookie ladyfinger is. Where I live, we all call okra ladyfinger. Lol.
@SoulfullyAButterfly A healthy wrap I love is made with whole wheat tortillas, hummus, fresh spinach, cucumbers, avocado, chickpeas, and a yogurt dressing. For extra flavor, you can add roasted red peppers or even some falafel. Just spread the hummus, layer on the veggies, roll it up, and you’ve got a delicious, nutrient-packed wrap 🥒
One of my favorite healthy recipe that I like is the avocado egg toast, I tried it once in a restaurant and after that day I make it when I crave them and I make them for family as well.

I'm not really a good (or at least regular) cook, so there's not exactly a healthy recipe I've tried.
To simplify, fruits and soup are all awesome and quite good for overall health.

I'm quite limited by what my body can tolerate so something I've had often in the last couple of months is puff pastry (I hope I translated that correctly) with pesto or cream cheese in the middle.
