What’s your go-to when you need release? I will put on sappy animal or feel good story videos on YouTube and cry it out. Makes me feel something for awhile.
@NoMoreLiesJustMe I totally get what you mean with watching such Youtube videos, especially ones with baby animals! I enjoy listening to music to release stress/emotions.
Agreed listening and playing music. I am a musician also and have found that playing instruments, composing, and producing music (recently for my 9 yr old niece) has been extremely helpful
When I need to relax, I love writing and doing photography ♥︎ I also like to draw! Pointillism is my favorite haha
Something by Adam Sandler or William Ferrell, colouring, walking my two dogs
I watch shows and movies like rn I m watching friends and bojack horseman again
@NoMoreLiesJustMe
lay down while listening to music, close my eyes and let my emotions wash over me. Think about everything and nothing at the same time. Feel the music control my heartbeat. I would also watch movies that are mostly related to dogs.
As strange as it may sound, my go to movie for when I'm having a rough time in A Series of Unfortunate Events (the movie, not the Netflix show). It's oddly calming to me.

I hook my phone up to my bluetooth speaker, and I dance around and sing like a goof!
I love singing. I'll do tojrr stuff like movies and photography and hobbies but singing is my thing.
@NoMoreLiesJustMe
i will just go to my room and scream my lung out, it release all the tension in me and then i'll go take a nap
@NoMoreLiesJustMe
Journaling , music , feel good videos on YouTube, or napping hehe ❤
Writing and reading are my escape from stress. Just applying what happens in my daydream world in a notebook, describing inspiring scenes from it in words, could make me daydream about it all over again in a different new way. I mean that's much better than real life anyways. Oh, and ofcourse sleeping but that doesn't happen often,sadly. But I am grateful to what I gain from writing.
I mostly turn to music when I'm feeling down, but if I feel like I need to cry, Lilo and Stitch does the job for me
I've had a discussion with my mom on making decisions that make you happy rather than the one that make you unhappy in hopes of pleasing others.
@NoMoreLiesJustMe
It makes me feel good when I go for a walk in the nature
@NoMoreLiesJustMe
watching songs from old movies on you tube and some comedy webseries
