How to change
Hello! I think I'm kinda stuck where I am now, knowing I want to change my life, but still trying to figure out how I want it to change... anyone had similar experience?

Hey there, I can understand how that feels, to want to change something but not really knowing how to get started. It can definitely be dispiriting and discouraging to not know what exactly it is that you want to alter in life to live your life to the fullest! Know though that you're not alone in this matter! Just take things a day at a time. The fact that you already solidified the idea that you want change is a great start. I am positive that with time, you will find the answer you are seeking.

Yes I can totally relate to what your going through Starlight. I feel like it’s a natural part of life to have these junctures where we know we need a change but we don’t quite know where to start. Having the awareness about it in the first place is a good starting point, so good on you for recognizing that. Did you know that there is a training guide for ‘getting unstuck’ in the training section of your dashboard? You may come across something in there that inspires you towards your next move.
What brings you the most joy in life? What are your hidden talents or gifts? In my experience, I have found that the answers to questions like that can be clues to discovering what might be next for us. Good luck in your discoveries and keep us posted. You got this!

If you have any reluctancies or specific things that are keeping you from making changes or being able to freely explore options that are different from your current circumstances, identifying these barriers can help you find ways to overcome them. Have you thought about starting with small, manageable steps? Even tiny changes can lead to significant progress over time.There are many resources out there, like books or podcasts, that can provide inspiration and guidance. I’m going through a similar experience now. I want my life to be different than it is. But, it hard to make significant changes esp if you have bad habits that you need to change.
I completely understand where you’re coming from with this. The first step is acknowledging that you want something to change, and you should be proud of yourself for reaching that marker.
I would encourage anyone experiencing an issue like this to either reach out to a friend or Listener on this platform to talk through how they feel about their life right now. They may just be able to ask some questions to help you filter through your own thoughts and identify that thing you want to change. :)
I’ve been there too—feeling stuck, knowing I wanted change but unsure how to make it happen. What helped me was taking small steps, like exploring new hobbies or learning something different, even if I wasn’t sure they were the right paths.
