Anxiety

When I overthink about everything for too long, i get scared and i get anxiety. It makes me sick to my stomach.

I feel this as well. This is your body reacting to anxiety. Nausea, stomach pain etc.. are completly normal anxiety symptoms.

Something you can try is: when you start to overthink about something : write it down somwhere. Notebook, phone, post it, it doesn't matter. But i find that writing my thoughts down kind of get them out of my head.

@No715 it took me a while to realized that these symptoms were anxiety induced. I'm trying that as well. Whenever I feel like my thoughts being to much I write it down. It helps with accepting my feelings rather than ignoring them or pushing them away. Thank you!

Ive been battling severe anxiety and panic and fear for the past 3 weeks. Cant stop crying, cant eat and have t been able to work. Im so scared that I wont come out of it. I just want to get back to myself. Any helpful advice is much appreciated

how long ago did they change it I felt the same even more agitated I was put on lexapro and I was told it would take 2-3 week to settle in but it still wasn
