Anxiety
When I overthink about everything for too long, i get scared and i get anxiety. It makes me sick to my stomach.
@Lovesmile23
I feel this as well. This is your body reacting to anxiety. Nausea, stomach pain etc.. are completly normal anxiety symptoms.
Something you can try is: when you start to overthink about something : write it down somwhere. Notebook, phone, post it, it doesn't matter. But i find that writing my thoughts down kind of get them out of my head.
I hope this helps, and i wish you the best.
@No715 it took me a while to realized that these symptoms were anxiety induced. I'm trying that as well. Whenever I feel like my thoughts being to much I write it down. It helps with accepting my feelings rather than ignoring them or pushing them away. Thank you!
@Lovesmile23
This is great! I'm really proud of you for trying!. And accepting your feelings, as difficult as it can be, is a really healthy thing to do.
Keep going, keep trying, and keep fighting !

@generousLime8025
im just assuming you havent gotten much sleep, something that helped tire me out was turning my favorite station on (sometimes Christian music is best) full blast and just going at my jump rope till I feel my legs wobbly. Exhausting my body help even for just a while.
