@Nemo2023. Hi Nemo. It gets better. Trust me. Have you talked to a therapist/counselor/psychologist? What about medication? Exercise? I walk everyday and I jog a little to get my heart rate up. It really helps with my depression and anxiety. I’m also reading 2 books. Feeling Good and The 10 Best Ever Anxiety Management Techniques. They not only are self help books but they discuss how the brain works in regards to depression and anxiety. I’m here to listen or chat if you need me.
