Anxiety Check-in ~ Mid July

- Early bird vibes haha and I’m not usually a morning person - awake
- I need to brush up on bringing more water definitely - when it’s too hot I notice I don’t feel as hungry
- Yes, most if not all the time after my volunteering at the hospital I don’t come online
- Worship and prayer
- Yesterday - a lovely dry day and 40 min walk to the hospital felt nice, a bit of weight lifting too was good.
- A straight posture - my body is feeling chill
- scanning passport through an app - the chip had to be scanned as well so finding that was hard required patience. I’ve struggled with patience somewhat this week.
- made time for watching a film together with family :)
- I personally think you put in genuine efforts in the room thank you - you welcome each person into the room 😊If anything I don’t know - sorry maybe you do already do this but adding emojis when you speak. When people do this it brings a more chill vibe.
- Ask for help more and set more time aside reading scripture,prayer, going for walks. I personally notice myself being calmer when I do this.

Those definitely seem like a complete plan! Make sure to stay hydrated, and ask for help.
I'm not a morning person either, I feel you haha. Volunteering at hospital and watching a movie are lovely :o what movie did you watch?

1- I feel awful mentally and physically. Physically, I can't endure this heat and I have no energy to do anything. Mentally, I feel shocked and in deep grieve, because the one I love and who doesn't know anything about me has cancer, I can't endure that because my father's death destroyed me and being in this experience even if he won't know me is too hard.
2- I sleep less than 8 hours a day. I eat two meals and there's twelve hours between every meal. I don't drink so much water.
3- I didn't do any self-care and I don't know what I need.
4- My thoughts for now are that everybody I love and I hope to continue my life with would leave me or die.
5- The last time I went outside was when I went to buy a present for my mother's birthday.
6- Right now, I feel that my stomach is not okay.
7- I was struggling to see the person I love but I have no courage to do that.
8- Nothing went well this week.
9- I don't know what you can do to make me feel loved and supported.
10- I don't know what to do to prioritize myself and my mental health.

Aww, it's okay🫂 I'm sorry about your father, and the other person with cancer. It's definitely not fair, and it's really draining. I hope you can eat properly, and stay hydrated. Self care can be as simple as that :) I hope mom's birthday went well. And I hope you would take good care of yourself in the process. Sending you so much positive beams, I'm proud of you for keeping up this far. You got this💚✨

Today I'm feeling very bad physically and mentally.

A fun plan I have for the summer is to rent an e-bike and do a day trip along a scenic trail, maybe stopping at some vineyards and to make s'mores and take photos. I'd also like to make my own clothes.

1. Today I'm feeling good physically and bad mentally, I'm going through some stuff at home.
2. I think I'm taking good care of myself. I've been sleeping close to 2 am and waking up around 10 am though, so I've been skipping breakfast.
3. I've been baking if that counts? It's kinda therapeutic to me.
4. I've been having a rocky relationship with my mom as of late, so that's been occupying a lot of my thoughts.
5. I last went outside/stretched yesterday evening.
6. My body feels tired, and if I'm being completely honest, I just cried, so that's probably why. I can feel the floor since I'm sitting on it.
7. One thing I've been struggling with this week is feeling supported.
8. One thing that went well this week is that I made macarons for the first time, and they actually turned out really good.
9. This check in itself is making me feel supported, thank you :)
10. It's a little late for me to do anything tonight, but tomorrow, I want to go on a walk/be in nature

- Today I feel physically alright but mentally exhausted.
- I'm focusing on basic self-care: sleep, hydration, and nutrition.
- I'm making an effort to practice a little self-care daily.
- My anxiety occupies my thoughts and manifests physically, creating a cycle.
- I took my dog for a walk outside just half an hour ago.
- Everything feels tense and constricted.
- Venturing outside of my home.
- Leaving home is a struggle, but once I'm out, it gets easier.
- Please allow me the space to process my emotions.
- It's important to acknowledge and experience your emotions fully.

I think it might be beneficial to identify what's about leaving home that bothers you, and trying to fix that. You're doing a great job, and you always have the space to come and talk on cups. We're rooting for you💚✨
