Let's see those W's
Is there something you accomplished this month that you are particularly proud of? I want to hear about your wins no matter how big or small. I believe it is important to pat ourselves on the back once in a while and highlight things we feel good about accomplishing. This helps us to stay motivated in improving ourselves.
I can share that for myself I was able to establish a tighter morning routine compared to what I was doing before. I have noticed that my productivity has definitely been boosted and as a result there are more hours in the day to get things done. Learning about the various brain wave states in relation to ADHD has also helped me seek out some tools like iso chronic frequency music to help me stay focused and on task.
So let me know in the comments what your wins are so we can congratulate you!
@aCalmOasis i returned to doing my daily polish exercises again after a few months of a very disorganised approach 😍
I just made a 60 day streak on Duolingo!
I also got certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) last weekend so I can help with CPR and choking and stuff, and I was very happy about that.
Also, I got almost all my classes to A's and I'm doing it all unmedicated and I feel so proud of myself for this because my whole life I've never been getting anything done. Now I'm working hard because I redefined myself with a goal.
WOO-HOO!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
That's amazing!
@aCalmOasis
My biggest win this past month was that I took a test that I was going to skip out on. I feel proud of myself for sitting the oral and written test. And I took forward to completing the three remainder tests and final exam.

@PetiteSouris
Right on, that's amazing. Were these tests within 7 cups or outside of it? I get test anxiety sometimes so I know how good it can feel once you finally do accomplish a test.
@aCalmOasis
It's a langauge certificate class which I take offsite.
