Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Please complete the following tiny step! With each tiny steps, we hope to either practice a positive mindset, relax a little or work on personal development.
Tiny Step: Take a break from the scroll! Choose one social media app that you tend to spend a lot of time on and delete it from your phone for the rest of the day. Notice how you feel.
I opted to deactivate a certain social media account instead, because I know I definitely need more than a day's break. Wish me luck!

we already did this we only have face book and we not check it much. only reason we have it is it only connected we kelp with family. other them calls to dad. we found it only way we get to see photos of great nieces and nephews. but we only check like every few weeks too. we found social media to just not be healthy mentally for us. so delated all apps of them. only have face book on computer too.
