Hi everyone! Please join me in celebrating someone who has spent 6 years of their efforts on 7 Cups bettering and strengthening the community. Happy Cups Day, @Hope! This is an extra special post because Hope has been there from the very start of my leadership journey and if you have interacted with her, you know there's always something you take away that will make you think hard. So thank you, Hope, for all that you do as our community manager and the very beloved Dean of 7 Cups Academy.

Thank you....for being brave enough to realise a vision. To help people who are often over looked and forgotten in today's world of perfectionism. To create a safe space, where we can all contribute, give support when we are able and ask for it when we are not. I still believe that mental unwellness is one of the last taboos to go and you are playing a marvellous role in that. Illness does not define us, we are people first and foremost. But, it is something that we need to learn to adapt to and live with and this website really helps with that. Many thanks x
