Heyo everyone, I'm Tay. I'm excited to see the progress I make!
☆ What did you join this program?
It peeked my interest in learning more about sub-communities and how to be more of a leader within them.
☆ What do you hope to learn during the program?
I hope to learn how to be a good leader within the sub-communities. As the program is called "Building Community".
☆ Tell us something you enjoy doing!
I enjoy painting/drawing, while enjoying a cup of tea.

I wanted to learn more about community building so that I can support my lovely community P&G and the 7cups community better.
☆ What do you hope to learn during the program?
I hope to learn more about community building techniques and a better understanding of how community works!

I enjoy artworks, watching anime, spending time with my dear ones, getting involved in 7cups activities, and many other things that helps me grow.

1.) I decided to join this program to because I am curious and I am always willing to learn more etc... I want to get my name out there and all that good stuff. Idk let's see where this goes and where it takes me.
2.) I'm not too sure, but I am willing to learn and I pick stuff up quick. I'm a good listener and I am curious and want to help out/others etc... Let's see what it do.
3.) Hmm... let's see, I like doing lots of things. Recipes, food, music is life. Making others smile/laugh. I sing I used to write and draw, but not anymore. I like movies, Like sleep too. I'm kinda old fashioned and I like retro/vintage stuff just a summary and a glimpse about me.

I am interested in knowing the different subcommunities that exists here. There is so much to learn and so much to understand in each and every community that thrives here.
☆ What do you hope to learn during the program?
I hope to learn new ways of community building, understanding the communities, and seeing the roots and branches of the same.

I love to cook, but only for myself. I am not great with cooking for a large group so I prefer to try my way around the kitchen for myself. :p

☆ What did you join this program?
- This programme is a good opportunity for me to learn how to grow and manage an online community. I have always been keen to learn more about how we can get each other to work and grow in harmony as it's a very important skill for us as we also live our day to day lives.
☆ What do you hope to learn during the program?
- I hope to further understand the dynamics of a healthy community, as well as what makes it a successful one. I hope to learn the skill sets of managing a community, by letting every member be able to speak freely and look forward to feeling accepted and have a sense of belonging. I hope to learn about the different things that a community can work on together, so that everyone has something to contribute, even in the smallest ways.

- I enjoy writing songs and poetry! It let's me express myself better.

Why did you join this program?
I joined this program because I wanted to get more involved in sub communities, I currently have a small amount of knowledge about sub-communities, but I'm hoping to improve that while doing this course.
☆ What do you hope to learn during the program?
I hope to learn more about sub-communities and what types of posts are more useful and helpful to people.
☆ Tell us something you enjoy doing!
Of course, I really enjoy supporting people, I love to volunteer with many things in person and online! It makes me happy to know I could be making someone else happy by doing what I'm doing in my volunteering.
