@CheeryMango Mental wellness to me means being able to look at myself in the mirror with being disgusted. Being able to feel happy and not feeling like I don’t deserve this happiness. Being proud of myself for my accomplishments, even the small ones because they matter to me. Being able to love myself and do things without pressure but because I want to do them. To me it means not being so full of regret all the time and being able to enjoy things again, the small and big ones. To be able to love things like I used to again. To be able to eat properly without feeling bad because I might gain weight. Being genuinely happy and enjoying life like it’s meant to be enjoyed.
Self acceptance and being at peace with myself
Mental Wellness means to take care of your mind, body, and feelings. It means taking care of yourself and staying healthy, staying true to yourself, following your dreams and sticking to your goals no matter how hard they are and/or how challenging they might be.
At the core I suppose mental wellness for me involves peace with the way I show up in the world. Releasing patterns, expectations and desires. Balancing worthiness and humility. I know I'm mentally well when the ruminating settles. Thanks for asking!
Taking care of myself so I can be there for others.
@CheeryMango
I kinda think of it as the capacity for thriving, spreading kindness and understanding, and having enough sense of self to have some mental resistance against social toxicity and the parroting of others beliefs that don't hold true to your innermost self in the same way. I think it's a place where growth and learning always exist in some form largely regardless of circumstances.

@CheeryMango not just living well, but thriving <3
@CheeryMango
Mental Wellness for me is being in peace with my thoughts and feelings and being able to use it to create a positive impact on myself and other people around me ❤️
Mental wellness to me means knowing that I’m at peace with how my brain works and learning to understand more of how it works and how I can learn to better navigate it.
mental wellness means knowing when to step back and take a mental break from the stress and worry of life, school, work, and planning a wedding.
