Mental wellness to me is...
I think it's knowing what's good for you and what's not, being aware of it and making healthy choices
We can be similar but None of us are exactly the same.
We are all human at the end of the day
@CheeryMango Self acceptance, a sense of self worth, celebrating each small achievement, no matter how small, because you feel like you're headed in the right direction.

Mental awareness to me is about self-love and care. You love yourself enough to care, and care enough to love. Sometimes we are not always loving to ourselves and our headspace is preoccupied with others, with things, with interests. Emptying the mind of noise, chatter and fill it with warmth of your own.
Some people really have very beautiful ways of being, of talking and thinking. I always say to myself, ''thank goodness nobody has lived with my mind'' (only because it can be intense with racing thoughts) 😊

Mental Wellness to me means being able to experience the full range of emotions from the good to the bad. It means feeling able to unwind and relax every day, and to take time for myself. It means having enough in my cup to be able to help others. Mental Wellness is feeling like I have something I am working towards, and that every day I am getting closer to that something.
Love this 💞
It means constant work. Constant listening to our bodies and what we need. Knowing what is best for us. Setting boundaries.
Caring for one's own needs ❤️ being responsible with nutritional needs, sleep and movement ❤️ using long term healthy coping mechanisms ❤️ self awareness ❤️ steering clear of toxic people (and being able to discern accurately) ❤️ self compassion ❤️ parenting yourself in a loving way. ❤️ Enjoying the fruit of your achievements - no matter how big or small ❤️
It means to me as talking out your emotions, write in a daily, weekly, or monthly journal. Getting exercise to reduce stress or emotional situation. Almost like a pamper day for your brain and body.
