This month, we will be challenging ourselves to embrace the truth of self-care by improving this ongoing process and paying attention to our needs to prosper, together.

Sign up for our week-long self-care challenge beginning on Monday, July 25, and follow along with the community as we explore what self-care means to us and how we can upgrade our practices. Since self-care starts with self-kindness, we ask you to take this challenge as a gentle yet guided way to pay attention to some of your needs.

Remember to keep track of each day’s prompt/activity and record your answers through >THIS FORM> to get the Kindness Challenge Badge at the end of the challenge.

Hi Soulful! 😊❤️ Many thanks for your great initiative, wonderful thought process as well as this forum post! I'm really excited about all of this! I think it will either give all of us in the community a chance to learn what self care means to us as individuals and to our teammates (sharing of ideas) and/or to revisit these concepts, slow down and take a pause and put them into action once again. *high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️

Hi Good Day Sunshine! 😊❤️ Many thanks for the tag my lovely one! ❤️ Thank you for remembering me and knowing that self care is truly a concept that I embrace around here. Ahhh, my dear, you know me so well! You know how I feel and how I help others in letting them know that self care is never a sign of weakness but yet a sign of strength. Hard to fill up the cup of another if ones own personal "well' has run dry.

I, like you, also have that badge however, for me, this is perfect timing. Over the last two weeks, I have been thinking more deeply about this concept. What self care means to me, what it means to be kind to myself as well as weighing time needed for multiple projects in real life and available time left to engage on 7 cups.
