Bio

Sociology graduate student from Puerto Rico focuses on creating safe spaces dedicated to free expression of feelings and experiences. As an academic, I work on bringing a light unto plurisexual struggles, women's experiences, varying relationship dynamics, and how their circumstances affect everyday life. Here, I actively create those spaces by actively listening to your struggles as they pertain to everyday life and providing any support that might aid in the developing of feelings of safety, security, and self-attunement.

...See more Ever since I got diagnosed with ADHD, I can see more clearly all the places where my ADHD triggered anxiety steps in and everything else falls away. I can barely eat (not that it happens much while I'm on my meds anyway), and every time I'm hungry I think I'm anxious and vice versa. It's awful. Add to that, past performance anxiety where I stress over every single embarrassing detail I have done in the past month (or life). And talking to people? Sometimes that's even worse. At least while listening on 7 cups, I feel more centered, if only because it's not about me.
