We are excited to share the brand-new, dynamic leaderboards and a tiered recognition system for Hero Hosts and Supporters.  🙌 A Huge Thank You! 🙌 We are grateful to everyone who makes Sharing Circles such a vibrant and valuable space to share and feel heard. To better recognize our Sharing Circle members' dedication, we're launching a tiered leaderboard that tracks nominations. This will celebrate their ongoing support and the impact they have on others. What can I do within The Playground Team? Within the team there are many ways in which you can be very useful by providing essential work for both the team and the community. Below is a brief description of each of the roles you could apply for: * Playground Team Host: The role of the Playground Team Host is to provide The Playground Room with a fun and supportive environment through games and other creative activities that adhere to the 7 Cups Community Guidelines and the Playground Chat Room Rules. (vacancies available) * Playground Team Quality Project Agent: The role of the Playground Team Quality Project Agent is to provide the opportunity to give feedback on a certain session to the participants who attended. (vacancies available) * Playground Team Forum Project Agent: The role of the Playground Team Forum Project Agent is to thank you for attending and participating in a team session. (no vacancies available) * Playground Team Recruitment Project Agent: The role of the Playground Team Recruitment Project Agent is to recruit future members to join the team as Hosts. (vacancies available) 📌 It is important to note that each role has certain requirements to apply and a monthly quota (with cheers to recognize your work 🌟). ...See more What is a pop-up discussion? It is a small discussion on a light-hearted topic, it lasts 30 minutes each. The aim of such a discussion is to engage the participants and provide a space for everyone to spend some time discussing the topic at hand. Who can host one? Any listener/member who has access to the ‘start a discussion' button & room supporters. You need to have one of the following roles to get the start discussion button access. - Room Supporter (room supporters can't see the button so they need to ask a mod to set the banner for them, please remember to ask them to set it for 30 mins and add the word "pop-up" to the banner) - Discussion Leader (Anyone who is a part of the discussions team on 7 Cups, please follow the same instructions as room supporter) - Peer Support - Group Mod - Chatroom Mentor - Teen Star - Teen Chatroom Mentor - Support Session Leader If you don't yet meet the criteria, do not worry!
