I am working to this goal, but I am confused as to when a day starts on this site.

It's so hard to keep checking in every day. I reached the 7 day mark, but lost my streak soon after due to schoolwork and stess. Ironically, these are the types of things that 7cups can help me with! Starting over stonger.
