@BabyLavender, what is accomplishment journaling? I think I have an idea what it is all about (from the title) but I never heard of our before and wanted to check. Thanks!

Haha actually new to me too. My therapist said it’s noting down what you did today that you feel proud of and celebrate it. And when you feel down you can view them again. Like small wins. What would be yours today :)

@BabyLavender, thanks so much!  This seems an easy to incorporate journaling practice. 

So far for today,

  • Got AAA to fix flat on SO's car. Not a major expense
  • Found 3 new fantasy books for $0 on Amazon (first 3 books of a 4 book series)
  • Completed exercise routine in AM
  • Working as listener for 2 new members on 7 cups

@enigmaticocean8813 - thank you for sharing what you are doing! I’m not doing much these days, but I am going to consider browsing 7 Cups self care. I’ve been lonely and lost lately and finding community is helpful. hearing what you all are doing makes me proud of us! Helps me feel less alone. Thank you!

@MayStorm, browsing self care is a great start! There are so many ideas for you to choose from that you have and will accomplish a lot. Good for you!

trying to understand sometimes we cant help in this moment , so many members want to listen only part and when you want to listen really block you , this is my case sometimes 

its a line to try to see , when you feel bad and need a break its good select the option break in the part of configurations from your account .

its a challange but there are so many people to support you .  i wish the best for you

@CalmWhisper22 emotional self care during the day I step outside get some fresh air in the morning wake up in slience I don’t have to face my dad early in the morning it’s a negative experience he gets so moody grouchy confrontating I distance myself read a book write have some quiet go under the covers under my bed be at peace hide myself in my closet for a while 

@CalmWhisper22 I listen to motivational videos on YouTube
