@BabyLavender, what is accomplishment journaling? I think I have an idea what it is all about (from the title) but I never heard of our before and wanted to check. Thanks!

Haha actually new to me too. My therapist said it’s noting down what you did today that you feel proud of and celebrate it. And when you feel down you can view them again. Like small wins. What would be yours today :)

trying to understand sometimes we cant help in this moment , so many members want to listen only part and when you want to listen really block you , this is my case sometimes 

its a line to try to see , when you feel bad and need a break its good select the option break in the part of configurations from your account .

its a challange but there are so many people to support you .  i wish the best for you

@CalmWhisper22 emotional self care during the day I step outside get some fresh air in the morning wake up in slience I don’t have to face my dad early in the morning it’s a negative experience he gets so moody grouchy confrontating I distance myself read a book write have some quiet go under the covers under my bed be at peace hide myself in my closet for a while 

@CalmWhisper22 I listen to motivational videos on YouTube
