One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that more is not always better. The less you have the less stress.

@tommy Assumptions can be deadly. I naturally think people are talking negatively about me when I am out in public, stranger or not. Getting in someone's face who did nothing to you is NOT a good idea.

My best life lesson is to learn how to make good long-term and short-term decisions. It's at the core of everything in life, government, education, family, etc. This has been a tough one. I need to know how to make good decisions on my own and understand the implications that come with those decisions.

@tommy hello

ive come to realize that in order to develop and maintain deep connection and relationship, I have to make time for them. Just like everything else on my calendar, I'll have to reach out to people and take initiative and show people I care. I had been doing all of this naturally but somewhere along the way, after losing deep friendships, I lost interest in putting in a lot of effort. Also, I didn't know how to receive love and care. I was always the giver. Now in my adult years, Im realizing that I'll have to make the effort. I live in a new country, I've moved 14 countries in the last 18 years so it's more than necessary now to build those relationships. It hasn't been easy to find people who have an expanded worldview, but Im graceful and make most of what I have. I wish this was something that was taught to me intentionally. Im naturally good at friendships because it is a need and I have 1-2 anchors in my life , but im also realizing that I need to get better at expecting and receiving love and care. I want to learn whatever it is I will learn in 20 years now.

@tommy

Greetings, Tommy! I hope that you're having a good day. You're absolutely right, life is a constant journey of self-growth and self-improvement. Through my personal experiences, I've learned a profound life lesson that has shaped my understanding of the complexity of human behavior and the impact that it has on our lives.

Growing up with unpredictable parents, I found myself constantly trying to predict their behavior. It was as if I had to become a student of psychology and body language, observing every subtle cue in an attempt to anticipate their next move. While this experience was challenging, it taught me a valuable lesson about the intricacies of the human mind.

✧ I discovered that our minds are incredibly complex, influenced by a multitude of factors such as past experiences, emotions, and even external circumstances. Every individual carries a unique tapestry of thoughts and feelings, which in turn shapes their behaviors and reactions. It became evident to me that the way people interact and respond is a reflection of their inner world, which is intricately woven with their own personal histories.

✧ It taught me to approach others with empathy and compassion while recognizing that behind every action or word lies a complex web of thoughts and emotions. Instead of making hasty judgments, I learned to pause and consider the underlying reasons behind someone's behavior.

✧ Moreover, this experience taught me the importance of effective communication. I realized that clear and open dialogue is crucial in building understanding and fostering meaningful connections. By engaging in honest conversations, we can bridge the gaps in our understanding and appreciate the diverse perspectives that shape our interactions.

Conclusion 🌹✨

Through navigating the unpredictability of my parents' behavior, I gained a profound appreciation for the complexities of the human mind. It allowed me to cultivate a deeper sense of empathy, patience, and the ability to see beyond surface-level actions. This life lesson has become a guiding principle in my interactions with others because it reminds me to approach each individual with curiosity, respect, and an understanding that we are all products of our own unique journeys.

💖 Finally, I do not regret enduring such experiences because they have helped me develop an insatiable fascination with the art of psychology, which I would not trade for anything. 💖
