Hi everyone, welcome to my bio :)

New schedule update - and not taking synchronous member chats at the moment



Whether you are interested in talking with me or not I want you to know you are taking steps to help yourself simply by being here. It shows you are strong, and you are not alone here (even if sometimes it can feel like it). I am always ready to lend an ear to whomever needs. No matter what you are dealing with, and no matter how hard it can seem, you can get through this. ❤️


My Schedule:

Right now, I am a daily Listener, spending from at least 6-7 pm EST online sunday, monday and Wednesday. There will be days where I may come online late on rare days (at around 20 minutes or less) so please be patient with me. There are days I go beyond 7 pm EST but I cannot guarantee that be a daily occurrence for me. 


I'll be off and on Nov 20th


One of the ways of seeing when I am online is with my status:

  •  If my icon is green I am online, and will reply very quickly
  • if my icon is orange I am online but busy, and at most I do my best to reply within a few minutes :)
  • However, if my icon is red I will be offline

I occasionally check messages throughout the day, although if your schedule allows it would be preferable if you contacted me when I am online.


Present Roles at 7 Cups:

At this time I am a Teen Quality Mentor or also recognized as a Teen Star at 7 Cups. I am able to assist fairly basic and individualized mentoring to any teen listeners starting out or wondering how they can progress their journey further. With this role I am presently allowed to provide mock chats, guidance and resources for new listener (but I am not eligible to verify listeners yet). If you are a teen Listener interested in having me as one of your mentors please message me and I will do my best to get back to you.

I am also a member of the Safety Patrol Team to help monitor things at 7 Cups to make sure this platform stays as safe and comfortable as possible for everyone :)


Why I became a Listener

Nobody's life is perfect, including mine, and because of that imperfection I recognize the value of sharing a part of yourself with someone, and how much it can help. I became a Listener to listen, just to be there, and to try my best to understand :)

She was one of the best listeners I have encountered on this site. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed when we first starting chatting, and she patiently listened to what I had to say. Then, she asked some really great questions to help guide the conversation, and they really made me think about how I can cope with my situation and about different approaches on how to de-stress and feel more confident. I can't thank them enough for just being so understanding and compassionate. I would recommend them if you need someone who will not judge you for what you have been through, and who will give you the support you deserve. Keep up the amazing work, and never change! ❤️
