Hi, I'm Tom!

Like most people I've had my fair share of trials in life. My biggest has been depression. It was diagnosed late and only reared itself fully due to triggering events.

I still have times where I feel I can't do anything and sometimes I don't do anything when it hits. Most of the time though, I try and do the things that make me feel good. Whether that's listening to the right music or going graffiti hunting (which I love), it's always best to get out there and show your depression who's boss!

Hoping I can help people on here by just being a friendly face to chat to.
