I am a Mindfulness & Deep Relaxation Practitioner. I had my MSc in Psychology and currently aspired to be a mental health social worker. / psychotherapist

I am also a lived experience with Biporlar Disorder; and Anxiety. Things've sometimes been very rocky. But we've got this.
