Hi, I myself have found this website very useful to deal with difficult problems.
Although I might not always have the answers I am here to listen in a non judgmental way and help you to together try and think of realistic solutions to problems.
I have also ran mutual support meetings in the past using 12 steps to change and believe that talking through a problem can really help you to see the situation clearer and think about how to make changes so the future is more positive.
