...See more Self-care is so important! One of the ways i care for myself is with a#mirrorchallenge. I look in the mirror and i list 5 non-physical things i love about myself and 5 things i love about my body. EVERY body is beautiful bc our body is our home and is so much more than just an object it allows us to live life and achieve/do so much. Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves how beautiful we are bc we are so much more than the physical and that we are good enough just by being our real selves. We are all a gift to this world. I challenge you to do the#mirrorchallenge with me in honour of#NEDAwarenessWeek and share what you love about yourself in your feed and in the comments.
