Hello. I am a mother of two children my boy is 20 years old and my daughter 18. I try to see in everybody what is the best of their personality I would like to encourage them to recognise how special is everyone of us and hiw important is to show love, compassion and understanding towards ourselves

...See more One thing that I learned and I can't tell enough to all of you people , you are not your thoughts. Whatever you think or feel it's not you. You are the person who thinks or feel in a certain way. Separating this is very important in order to start to heal. Whatever you feel right now it has a reason underneath, so please don't be hard on yourself, YOU are enough, YOU are important, and you deserve to be loved by yourself and others too.
