...See more My goal is to get back to looking at myself and acknowledging even my small successes with positive self talk. 1. I will write my positive self talk thoughts on my mirror with a dry erase marker. 2. I will read my thoughts each morning as I start my day and reflect on my progress before bed at night. I will not: 1. Speak about myself using negative words.
