I've overcome a lot of things in my life, including abuse, addiction, anxiety, bullying, eating disorders, and self-harming... I'm seeking to help people who are currently in a place where I once was. Being alone during stress, depression, or trauma is incredibly lonely and I want to support you as well as I can from here. I enjoy many things; art, singing, music, camping... I'm a very active person. I have a child of my own and occasionally deal with my own bouts of depression, so speaking with others also helps me learn a little bit more about myself and what I need to do in order to feel better.
