...See more Even though there is huge pandemic around us in the whole world. I am thankful that i am safe, nourished and well taken care of. There are people who are struggling and i iant to help them in any way possible. Donating money or buying them groceries or provide them with clothes to keep warm.

...See more I have had anxiety issues from last few months. Till now when ever i used to hear about my sensitive issues i started panicking. Thinking myself as a failure. But then from last month i i leat how to control my anxiety and my thoughts. First it used to control me now i control my anxiety. Even though sensitive issues do pace up my heartbeats when i i he about them. But now i i know how to control. So achievement for me.
