Hello there I am a trained Listener, I myself have been through situations in life which have been difficult one being a major loss that being my German shepherd who I was very close too. I have overcome many of them situations myself. My old professions as well as my study in Buddhism has helped me deal with many obstacles. I now teach and help women as well as men who have been in domestic relationships as well as suffered sexual assaults, I help teach them how to gain their confidence back as well as teaching them self defence in real life situations. I myself enjoy keeping fit as well as trekking and camping. I have completed my BS honors in forensic psychology.
