...See more Sometimes with guests or members alike, there are uncomfortable or triggering chats that would make the Listener not at ease and wouldn't know how to proceed furthermore. So suggesting the guests/members to link to another Listener would be ideal. However, numerous of them would feel reluctant and would then lose momemntum and motivation to link to & chat with another Listener. So I'm suggesting that maybe there will be some way to have other Listener be able to reach out without the troubled guest/member lose momentum and be discouraged in needing the support they need.
