I understand that you are having a difficult time right now - your mind is running at 100 mph with worries, and the pit of your stomach is churning with the intensity of emotion. Together, you and I can take these internal feelings and bring them out into physical form, only as much as you can manage, and safely, so that we can pick them apart and make sense of them, allowing you to rest your head more easily. I am someone dealing with mental health gremlins, who is physically disabled, has lost a child and father, and has been abused.
