...See more Journaling can be a good way to develop a third person perspective of ourselves to begin to heal old wounds. Write a letter to your teenage self and tell him/her things that they will learn, experience, but also what they already have inside them to remain resilient. Things that matter, or things they couldn't have known at the time.
