Hi! I'm so glad you found me! I'm trained listener, but more than that, I would love to hear what you have to say. Life can be really difficult sometimes. I have been at war with my own body for much of my life as a dancer who became chronically ill. I have been in unhealthy relationships. I have also experienced the whole range of the depressed rainbow. I have not always been as kind to myself as I should have been.
I am an avid reader. I love to write, take my silly pooch for walks, and get swept away by a good movie or play.
