Goodness I don't even know where to start (/pos) ! They always listen carefully and give you all the space and time you need to get everything off your chest till the last piece, before actually responding. It might even be a single text response but it'll never be a dry one, it's understanding, caring and a shoulder to cry on. I was initially suspicious and reluctant to request a chat, but I think I did the right thing.
