Rather than feed me answers my listener posed provocative questions that helped me re-examine my perceptions. Also, strategies were suggested that invited exploration. Result: action on my part. So I wasn't over- helped. Rather , I was Encoiraged .

This user has been nothing short of an angel for me in my time of need. Extremely professional and truly helpful. Answered my questions thoroughly, and got back to me usually within a few minutes if they were not online. I would recommend speaking with this user! Even though I still have a lot to work through, this person, even without saying it, is willing to both talk and listen and help me work through them all. They are truly helping me be a better person than I was, just a few short weeks ago. I will never be able to thank them enough.
