Teneshia is an intern psychotherapist, academic and artist. They specialize in Addiction, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and LGBTQ matters and issues related to living with a disability. Teneshia holds lived experience in these areas and acts as a peer supporter and counsellor. Using methods of mindfulness, breathing technique, yoga, spirituality, Adlerian and Narrative therapies, Teneshia fosters courage and transformation.
