Was so patient and empathetic. I never expected to get such amazing help today but Cat really put a 180 degree spin on my whole mood. Very encouraging and very compassionate.
Gosh, it's hard to do Cat credit in just a few words. She's extraordinarily intuitive. She summed up my feelings, that I couldn't find words for, with consummate ease. And all the time she was so kind, understanding, and just drew out information with gentle questioning. A gem.
