Hey friends! My philosophy in life is that we can only keep what we have by giving it away. I'm here to listen and be supportive. I have had to overcome the demons of addiction, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse have also been major issues in my life. Because of some of things I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I've learned some great things for coping and learning to be at peace with myself again.
