Bio

G'day from Australia. I'm Sandy. It's really great to meet you. I am so proud of your bravery to seek help for yourself and honoured that you have sought me for help.

A  bit about me. I have lived experience of depression and anxiety since I was 15 and Borderline Personality Disorder since I was 19. I am  a college/university graduate in psychology. I love Audrey Hepburn, movies, music and my apple of my eye is my cat, Pluto. The greatest thing since chococlate, the smell of rain and my bed.

I look forward to listening and hearing to what you can achieve and I hope that I can help you achieve those goals. Take care and know you are stronger than your mental illness, as the greatest step in recovery is asking for help. If I am offline, I am sorry and I will get back to you as soon as possible to your message.

"Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'm possible" - Audrey Hepburn

...See more Making friends is hard at any age but can be harder as an adult. For me for example, I struggled with the fact that my extra cirrucular activities in my schooling years (Grade 1-12) ended once I had graduated and become an adult. Here as a community, I thought we could share some tips for people who are in need of connections with other people but are finding in a bit difficult
