I am experienced in helping people successfully cope with life's adjustments throughout the developmental life cycle from adolescence through geriatrics (including addiction, grief, interpersonal and caregiver issues). Life's changes can leave us challenged with feelings of uncertainty, frustration, hopelessness, isolation, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach as everyone is different and within the complex individual, moments and experiences are different as well. I strive to work with each individual, with compassion, patience, and dignity, with the goal that they can fully function and live their life to its fullest.
