Hello, I’m glad you’ve come taken the first step by coming to 7cups to seek help by trained listeners such as myself.



I have been through a lot at just 21 to last me a life time. Ranging from begging, starving, seeing family go through domestic abuse, drug abuse and mental abuse.

In the past year I’ve gone through serious depression and self harm. I spoke to nobody about it and used certain methods to over come my depression and low self esteem.
