...See more Appreciation stands out as a core value in my life. Appreciation, in my opinion, is a way to show gratitude for not just the actions of others but also inclusive of self-appreciation. Reflecting on myself, I see how crucial this value has become to my personal growth. Self-appreciation is a really important aspect of my life, as to recognise that my efforts have had an effect is a great way to brighten my day on days, I feel like I haven’t done enough 😊 Appreciation also helps build connections, as it helps bridge people together as they feel valued. It  isn’t just a passive feeling but an active practice that shapes our interactions with others and helps us see the world in a different light. My life transformed as I began embracing appreciation. Here’s how: * Each day, I woke up with a mindset of gratitude by setting my day’s intentions, “Today I am willing to appreciate… * I made it a routine to recognize and appreciate the positive aspects of my life, which helped me to stay happy and at ease. This daily practice eventually made appreciation a natural part of who I am. Now, it’s second nature for me to express gratitude and recognise that there is always a sliver of good in every bad situation I find myself in. What core values do you integrate into your daily life, and how do they shape your interactions with the world?

...See more Perseverance has been an ever-present foundation of my personal growth. It’s more than just pushing through challenges as it also involves staying committed to goals and values, even when the path gets tough. For a long time, I didn’t fully grasp its importance. I would always set goals, and when obstacles almost unavoidably appeared, I often felt tempted to quit. It wasn’t until I embraced perseverance that I saw its transformative power. In my earlier years, I often gave up when results didn’t come quickly. This led to unavoidable feelings of frustration doubt. However, coming to realise that perseverance was a core value that worked for me, allowed me to see real progress. I realized that perseverance is deeply connected to resilience. T o persevere, you must be willing to face setbacks and learn from them in order to continue moving forward. This mindset shift made me more determined, optimistic, and confident in my ability to achieve my goals. Some might wonder how my life changed as I embraced perseverance. The journey was challenging, but I took several crucial steps: First, I defined my why: * Understanding why my goals mattered kept me motivated, even during tough times. Second, I broke down goals: * Breaking down larger goals made the journey less overwhelming and allowed me to celebrate small pieces of success as part of a big goal.  Third, I embraced setbacks as learning opportunities: * I began to change my mindset and viewed mishaps along the way as learning curves to help me stay committed and resilient.   Embracing perseverance has brought me greater success, fulfilment, and a deep sense of accomplishment.  In my opinion, perseverance is one of the most key emotions which acts as a scaffold to bridge oneself into a plethora of other positive emotions. Would you agree with this statement?

Very talkative and responded quickly to me. They helped me feel calmer and said that they'd respond to me whenever they were online and told me that the other listeners would help if they didn't respond in time
